**Please measure the distance between your paper and the walls of the machine. There are a large number of variables. These wheels are for a .25 inches (6.35mm). DTF POW-der Retention Wheels .25in Outer Wheel
The wheels are made out of PLA (corn based) plastic. The wheels are printed with 20% Infill and 3 external walls for strength. You can relax, if you drop them, they will bounce and will not break easily. That doesn’t mean they are indestructible!
Inside of the discs you’ll see a metal ¼” 20 Nut. To complete the installation for your machine you’ll need to purchase a ¼”20 threaded rod from a hardware/ supply store and cut it to the width of your DTF paper. To cut the rod you can use a hacksaw or electric chop saw with a metal cutting blade installed.
To install the rod simply screw it into the nut in the disc. Make the rod snug against the plug in the back of the disc (DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN) If you manage to press out the back plug a little super glue along the inside edge of the plug and a gentle tap to make it flush will re-secure it.
